Boot disk full 0 Bytes

I've tried many of the solved questions on this topic, however it's not solving the issue for me. I cannot update ubuntu fully even after doing the sodu APT-Get clean process. Every time I turn my computer on it tells me this.

What is the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | grep linux-image
