can't log in-wont accept new password 7x's

i am trying to log in and rewset won'taccept new password.
Also I am trying to get an answer from the forum on how to get a 1300hp laser printer to install after i loaded 15.4. i keep getting a cups erroer and the command at 631 doesnt work.
i have about had it with this.. PLEASE FIX THISSSSSSSSSSSSSS
