No Wired or Wireless Connection

Asked by Evan L'Heureux

Hello,

I recently installed ubuntu 14.04, I'm very new to using it. I am unable to connect to the internet with a wired or wireless connection. I'm not sure how to diagnose the issue.

What WiFi chip are you using?
Does the system have a make and model?

You haven't given any details so we can't possibly advise. Imagine if someone posted this on a Windows forum, how can you advise?

We cannot see your system.
