xubuntu 15.04 suspend mode acpi

Hi all, I have installed xubuntu 15.04 on a vaio laptop vpc w121ax, every time I see the login screen the system goes in suspend mode. I need to power on the laptop and log in the system. Also I cannot power off the laptop with the logout software button because the system goes in suspend mode but only via terminal with the command shutdown. Thank you for your help

I haven't found any new bios for the laptop

With the kernel option acpi=off the laptop doesn't go in suspend mode when the login screen appears but the suspend mode is broken and I must poweroff the laptop with the button after the software poweroff sequence
