adding a new page size in ppd for canon iP1900

The printer driver works well with the default page sizes.

When printing with long bond (8.5" x 13"), the printer driver will use (8.5" x 14") and the top part of the page is off the paper (which is only 13" long).

I tried adding the long bond size to the ppd. It will go through the process but nothing gets printed. I tried looking at the debug log for cups, but there seems to be no error.

Printing only fails when the page is set long bond. If the page size is not long bond, it prints without any problems.

Is there any other step I need to take when I add a new page size?
