Where is "Tag" function in Evolution e-mail program

I like to TAG e-mails with personal or work and a few other tags so as to remember what or why I kept them !

Yeah I got e-mail saying that . . But no one has answers for putting tags on e-mails ? . . Only thing I can tag is Important and found that by accident
