Exporting Evolution VCards or Address Book to Thnderbird

can the Address Book or the VCards from Evolution be exported to the Thunderbird Address Book.
How to do this?

The VCards were imported using the menu from Thunderbird. Only a few of the addresses got imported. So have put T
hunderbird away for a while.

I have input all the addresses into Thunderbird one by one.
Hence this question may be closed.
