NEED HELP WITH UP DATES I CANT GET IT FIXED

IT HAS A RED DOT WITH A WHITE LINE THRIUGH IT AT THE TOP NEXT TO THE ENVELOPE SIGN I THINK IT HAS A VIRUS?? I DONT KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT THIS HOW CAN IT BE FIXED PLEASE.. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH

What is the full output of:

sudo apt-get update
