wifi 3G modem Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit

why my wifi 3G modem work very slow on ubuntu 14.04 fresh installed and was working great on ubuntu 12.04 ?
when i reinstalled fresh ubuntu 12.05 my wifi 3g modem was not working great like before but instead was working bad like on ubuntu 14.04. now I have installed a fresh ubuntu 14.04 hopping to find a answer

If you run:

echo "12d1 1506" | sudo tee /sys/bus/usb-serial/drivers/option1/new_id

Does it start working ok?

ifconfig does not show your 3G adapter (it shows wlan0 adapter only), which seems to be connected to "Orange-d534".
You **somehow** disabled your 3G adapter...
