cannot configue arris wireless router -lubuntu 15.04

tried everything not possible from here. perhaps you can help. even tried wifi radar, nothing. all the best caravaglia p.s would appreciate some detailed instruction if possible. Problem: cannot configure or connect WIRELESS ROUTER(ARRIS TG862) ton LUBUNTU 15.0

are you are trying to connect your system to a router, or are you wanting to make a router out of your Ubuntu OS?
