plasma 5

After upgrading Kubuntu from version 14.10 to 15.04 I it got kind of messed up for me. While searching the kde-bug-reports i found this <https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=341930> where Thomas Lübking, one of the KDE-maintainer stated this sentence: "Plasma 5 is not nearly ready for productive use and there also still major bugs in (released) Qt5 versions.". That was 4 days after the release of Kubuntu 15.04. Why in the hell did you switch to plasma 5 if it is in this state of development ?
Is there a way to go back to kde 4 ?
