ubuntu 15.04 kde 5 chrome freezes for a few seconds after inactivity

Asked by uvi

After upgrade to ubuntu 15.04 chrome freezes for a few seconds after inactivity in kde5.
I have 4gb and with ubuntu 14.10 and kde4 I was walking on the edge to heavy swap usage. After upgrade with my usual set of apps I have 500-700mb swap usage. I assumed that chrome slow and freezes for a few seconds because of low memeory.
I went to the shop and bought another 4gb. Now free memory ~4gb, but after about 1 minute inactivity (window inactive) chrome mostly always freezes for any action (select link, menu, change tab) for a few seconds. For a test I opened 2 tabs: google plus explore and vkontakte.

From previous 14.10. I mentioned that in second sentence of my post.
I suppose it may be again clipboard issue or nvidia proprietary + effects, but firefox works fine.
Also i do not use pulseaudio.

If you rename the configuration folder for chrome under ~/.config as well as the one for it's web cache under ~/.cache then run the browser (close before the rename, does it run ok?

Yes, it helped.
But now at first start after booting chrome windows inside totally black. If i minimize or maximize it several times, it normalizes and further works fine.
