ubuntu 15.04 kde 5 clipboard issues

1) When I use keepass I want my password to be cleared from clipboard, but in kde 5 I can't find how disable clipboard history. This is major security problem.
2) When I select text from mc running inside konsole and paste from clipboard I get formatted text with konsole font and blue background color, how configure clipboard in kde5 to only copy unformatted text especially from konsole or other terms?

Report Bug for kde clipboard or keepass (it's written in mono and I suppose it can't control kde clipboard history)?
For what package i must report this bug?
