I see 15.04 does not remember where things are to be

When starting up 15.04 I click on the fire wall and enter password then click on system monitor and 15.04 just stacks every thing on top of the other things 14.10 when I did the above the fire wall went to upper left hand corner and the system monitor went to lower right hand corner . .
