i rebooted computer cannot find ubuntu anymore

i installed ubuntu to my compaq laptop and when i restarted computer i could not find it anymore, it just takes me to my windows program instead of giving me the option to either log into ubuntu or windows,please help me

i installed using torrent and used the flash drive method my laptop is 32-bit,
