Now recieve this when attempting to open Snyaptic Package Manager
E: Malformed line 89 in source list /etc/apt/
E: The list of sources could not be read.
Go to the repository dialog to correct the problem.

Things I have tried
Emacs /etc/apt/
This opens the list in read only
85 ## respective vendors as a service to Ubuntu users.

Software Center does not respond, opens momentarily then closes.
