pptp stop working after upgrade 14.10 to 15.04

I used a few years pptp connection with pptp pppd plugin.
After upgrade I successfully recompiled pptp-accel for ppp 2.4.6 (was 2.4.5).
Configuration was the same (used for many years, is made without NM), NM had always removed from system.
Now in syslog I see

I also tried with "pty pptp.." - same error sh[XX]: Unknown interface. I suppose it systemd issue.

Also I must say that now NM can't be removed totally from kubuntu, plasma-desktop depends on it and after removing them menu and panel stop working.
Also I tried create vpn pptp in network manager applet, but it does'nt sees physical eth0 and it says "Could not find source connection"
