So what happens if you enter the following all at once
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install git build-essential linux-headers-
Then run this
cd ~ && git clone -b troy https:/
Or do you not have any connection to the internet?

What I /want to try is to upgrade to 15.04 and see what that works out.
What do you think?/

Any result from
ls ~/rtlwifi_new | grep ko
ls ~/rtl8723au_bt
ls ~/rtl8723au_bt-troy | grep ko
This bluetooth chipset might not be supported yet in the 4.0 kernel, so 15.04 would likely not make it work as I think it uses 3.19
