Have you checked your ink levels and cleaned the print head(s)? Setting up a printer in Linux would have no effect on your Windows installation so it is probably a mechanical malfunction or clog in the printer.

NEW INK CARTRIDGES, STILL NOT PRINTING.

What are the lights on the printer doing before printing, and during
printing.

Also as a side note, on the Internet, typing in all capital letters is
considered yelling.

Also, can you try the following.

1. Make sure both the printer and computer are turned off. Then disconnect the USB cable from the printer.
2. Make sure letter-size or larger plain paper is loaded in the printer.
4. Hold down the paper button, then press and release the power button. Continue holding down the paper button until the green power light starts to flash, then release it.

and let us know what happens.

4. Hold down the paper button, then press and release the power button. Continue holding down the paper button until the green power light starts to flash, then release it.

Ok, well if that didn't work, then you have a hardware problem with your printer. It has nothing to do with your operating systems or the drivers. You are going to have to either check the install of your cartridges, get it repaired, or get it replaced. A good resource if you are looking for a new printer is http://linuxprinting.org

Good Luck

IF IT IS A HARDWARE PROBLEM WHY DID IT WORK ON WINDOWS BEFORE, AND QUIT WORKING AFTER RUNNING IT ON UBUNTU???

Really, you don't have to yell when replying, it is considered rude, and in turn may cause some people to decide not to reply to you now and/or in the future. The only reason that it would print before and not now would be coincidence. If you have changed the print cartridges around the same time as your switch(you said they were new), it could be that they were not installed per the directions, or that it was damaged during the cartridge change process. But like I stated before, if the above procedure does not work, then it is a hardware problem, not a software one.

Good Luck

SORRY IF YOU THOUGHT I WAS YELLING, DIDN'T MEAN FOR IT TO SEEM THAT WAY. I'M SURE THAT THE PRINTER HARDWARE IS SHOT
SINCE IT NOW WON'T RUN ON THE WINDOWS SYSTEM. I NOW
HAVE BLOWN UP A EXROX WORK CENTER PRINTER ALSO.
INSTALLED IT, AND IT PRINTED PART OF A PAGE, THEN JUST LIKE
THE C64, IT QUIT PRINTING. IT GOES THROUGH THE MOTIONS BUT
DOES NOT PRINT.AFTER RUINING TWO PRINTERS WITH THE UBUNTU SYSTEM, I THINK I WILL CALL THEPROBLEM NON
SOLVEABLE AND NOT TRY ANOTHER PRINTER.
THANKS ANYWAY.
