can't use bzr to create a branch for ubuntu:kdetoys

when I used command 'bzr branch ubuntu:kdetoys' to create a branch ,it asked to enter passwd.
And i have tried the passwd of gpg and ssh, but it did work . I don't know what kind of passwd it asks for?
So i come here for help.
