ubuntu n'ko/nko/nqo localization

I would like to localize ubutnu in n'ko. I discovered this team https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-nqo and it seems that it is the right team involved in the project. However, I did not find N'ko among the set of preferred languages neither this following web : page https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/vivid/+lang/nqo
Is it possible to add N'ko as new language ?
