Uninstall Phone programs

I have a issue that some of the programs CINCO DIAS and EL PAIS that I have removed via the store app still show that they are taking space in the phones memory.

So what is the best way to remove programs from a Phone running the latest release software?

very new to this, as can not plug phone into a computer and see theses on the computer, only have a XP on that which could be the issue.

I want to clean up the Phone to ensure I only have what I want on it, No programs that i do not or will no use and No games.
