Cordova support missing in 14.10 touch

http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/4.0.0/guide_support_index.md.html#Platform%20Support claims Ubuntu supports many of the Cordova APIs but at least accelerometer does not work.

Is this a new feature or a bug?

Utopic is EOL in July this year. I suggest you upgrade to Vivid and it may resolve the issue
