Restart to complete updates

I have a Chromebook and I installed the newest firmware for XFCE which would14.04 or 14.10 be and it is telling me to restart to complete updates on Ubuntu but it doesn't restart. Do I restart in Chrome Os or do I have to input a command in the terminal? It says "The computer needs to restart to finish installing updates." The commands are "Settings", "Restart Later", and "Restart Now". I am new to this type of stuff. Do I restart in Chrome? (I don't even know how to do that) or I don't know aha.
