Do you still have the Ubuntu CD mounted in the configuration?

Thank you very much.
The problem resolved as you pointed out.
In set/storage, I add CD/DVD and pointed it to c:\download\ubuntu-14.04.2-desktop-amd64.
But I did not remove it when taking snapshot.
Now, before shotdown ubuntu, I removed "ubuntu-14.04.2-desktop-amd64' from new added CD/DVD. Make it empty. Then I take snapshot, shotdwon ubuntu., close Virtual Box.
Reopen Virtual Box, show all snapshot, start ubuntu, ubuntu works normally. "install" prompt never show again.

Thanks again.
