Hi,
Just a note, please do not type in all caps because it is seen as shouting.

What exactly is "Ubuntu Stars"?
If you are trying to install one of the Ubuntu distributions, partitioning is built in to the Live CD and so there is no need to use Partition Magic. I suggest partitioning from the Live CD if this is the case.

Also, what is "The Grup"? If you mean GRUB, this is also taken care of for you on the Live CD. It will be installed on the master boot record of your primary hard drive.

Could you try to clarify yourself. I am not understanding most of what you were trying to say.

Thanks.

If you are installing it onto a separate partition it will not overwrite anything on your Windows partition.
