need exact,precise solution for following 12.04 Ubuntu error ....Thanks in advance......

A package with the name kernel-devel does not exist.

Most probably you have to install the packages as listed for Ubuntu 10.04 in https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Kernel/Compile/#Tools_you.27ll_need

What do you want to do with the (nonexisting) package kernel-devel? Do you want to (re-)compile the kernel? Then see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Kernel/Compile and eventually https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/BuildYourOwnKernel

And as another remark: You should be aware of the EOL date of the kernel that you are running.

What is the output of

hwe-support-status --verbose
