Touchpad scrolling not working

I am new to ubuntu and using Ubuntu version 14.04 LTS. I have googled and figured out that earlier versions were having option of scrolling in mouse settings but in this versio there is no such settings. Kindly help

Cog menu > System Settings > Mouse & Touchpad > Two-finger scrolling.

there is no option of two finger scrolling there
