Unable to install Vodafone 3G Dongle

I am using Ubuntu 12.04 and not being able to install this Vodafone 3G dongle ( Make - ZTE , Model K4201 I . Any help will be appreciated.

What is the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; lsusb
