Ubuntu 7.10 crashes randomally on a Lenovo 3000 N100 laptop
I'm running an Ubuntu 7.10 with kernel 2.6.22-
Sometime, unexpectedly the system crashes (i.e. shutdowns unsafely like pulling out the batteries) with no warning. It happened both when plugging in to power and without.
acpi -V shows my CPU temp to be usually between 48 and 58 C (but I don't know how much is it at time of crash).
I should state that this laptop runs windows xp for lots of month and had no such problem like this there.
this happened to me in the few days i'm using it something like 5 times and happens when i'm not doing anything special (browsing the web, updating the system, etc...)
