Change password of a user

Asked by Mike

I recently discovered a user on my ubuntu 14.04 LTS that i dont even remember making. The username has a space in it. The user is called "Insurgency Server". I tried to fix it by going into root and trying to change the password, but when i type in the username it always leads to an error saying there is no user called "Insurgency". It does not recognize the second part of it. I need it to recognize the space. Please help!

      Thanks,
                     Mike

I don't know what you mean. I tried to fix it by going into recovery mode and doing it through root commands and I tried normal root in one of my users. Sorry but I'm new to Ubuntu and I don't really know the Ins and outs of the OS yet. Output?

I had to delete the user called "ins" not "Insurgency Server".
Command: userdel ins
