malayalam typing problem

Recently I have upgraded my os from ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04 LTS. Using Libre ffice writter, when I type in malayalam, some problem arises with some letters.
Ex. പ്ര , ക്ര, ശ്ര, വ്യ, സ്യ - letters like these are not possible in Libre office. But in gedit, this does not occur.
Please help.

Have you tried renaming the configuration folder for LibreOffice then start the application?

In my system also it didn't work. If so it may be a bug.

 Can I reload the previous package of Libre office, which doesn't show this problem, in this version of 14.04?
How long will it take to fix this bug?
