Officialy membership in Ubuntu

I want to now something about officialy membership in Ubuntu.
If I work a lot for Ubuntu I can become an official member.
I don't know who must inform Social Council about my worth, me or some other guy.

yes.. by contributing to ubuntu consistently you can become an official member.. you can be cheered and backed by both ubuntu members and non members working for ubuntu when you attend the community council but the previous one will have a lot of weight age.. More Info about the process:
