where is the c: prompt

Hi!
I've been operating Ubuntu for sometime, Question is how do I get the c: prompt; I
have a program that provides tracking the ISS which is written to operate from the
C: prompt,So how do I get there?
Its a dos program, works well in windows which offers a c: prompt.

Nicolas, instead of the c:\ prompt we have the terminal.

It's in Applications>Accessories>Terminal

However, *nix based filesystems are different from Windows and DOS, so you may want to read up a bit more about them

Nicholas,

Unix/Linux systems don't generally use the same commands as DOS. Though some of the commands operate the same functions, they use entirely different syntax. The program you are referring to will probably not work in a *nix environment. Try and search for it's Unix/Linux equivelant
