Update, I restarted and realized that I (somehow) inadvertently added server and it is the default one grub, how do I get rid of it?

First make a backup sudo cp /boot/grub/menu.lst /boot/grub/menu.lst_backup
Open up /boot/grub/menu.lst as root [sudo nano -w /boot/grub/menu.lst]
Find the entry for server and comment it out with # at the start of each line.

Change the default boot kernel as per https://help.ubuntu.com/community/GrubHowto/ChangeDefaultOS

Oh well it was time for a new install and repartitioning anyway, I don't know what happened but I reinstalled all my OSes and it is all better. Thank You for answering.
