Libre Writer adding extra icons

Libre writer 3.5.7.2

Lately after opening a new file, Writer opens a new icon on the bottom of Dash and no mark
in Writer like use to be.
How to fix this.

What is the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy libreoffice

Thank you for your response.
After I wrote the post got involved to find how to fix this.
I reboot a few times and for now is working properly, what I don't understand is why Writer did
this a few times before and disappearing from Dash but then it works properly again.
