Who maintains the vagrant Ubuntu cloud images ?

As the title indicates, I'd like to know who the maintainers are for the Ubuntu cloud images available at http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/vagrant/

Right now, the only Vagrant provider supported by those images is the VirtualBox provider. With the availability of the VMWare provider, and with VMWare being advertised on the cloud portal, I want to contact the maintainers to ask for VMWare compatible Vagrant images.
