1. You language settings seem strange to me:
The output of dpkg--audit looks Portuguese to me, but the output of apt-get is Dutch?
2. You definitely have a problem with dependencies, and there are still some packages for a PPA for trusty installed on your utopic system.
What is the output of the command
grep xorg /etc/apt/
(It might be possible, that re-enabling the xorg-edgers PPA helps solving your problem.)

I have both language settings for Brazilian Portuguese and Dutch installed on my pc
The dpkg audit recommended reinstallation of the packages because the control scripts of md5sum are missing
apt-get --simulate upgrade shows 20 packages are not updated
apt-get --simulate dist-upgrade shows 20 packages are to be updated and 10 deleted

You might try:
issue the terminal command
sudo gedit /etc/apt/
edit the contents that there are the lines
deb http://
deb-src http://
Save the file and close the editor
try
sudo apt-get update
apt-get --simulate upgrade
apt-get --simulate dist-upgrade
and check what the package manager now wants to do.

I have issued the terminal command. Uncommented the lines and changed trusty for utopic. Then I performed sudo apt-get update, sudo apt-get autoremove and with the updatemanager I performed a partial upgrade. All the outputs of apt-get --simulate upgrade and dist-upgrade were cleared.
The problem with receiving updates is resolved, however the messages during starting up remain the same.
Should I continue with actions recommended by the dpkg-audit?

One step after the other one. My current aim is to get the package management problems solved, the boot error messages have to wait.
What is now the output of the terminal commands
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo dpkg --audit

There is still a small error in your package management configuration: One of the sources uses the repository for saucy, although you are using the utopic release.

1. yannubuntu/
sudo gedit /etc/apt/
change "saucy" to "utopic", save the file and close the editor.
2. the four packages that are listed by dpkg --audit seem not relevant any more.
dhcp3-client and dhcp3-common were dummy transitional packages for precise and can be deleted.
google-
And adobereader-ptb is also an outdated version.
I recommend you just uninstall these four packages.
Then your package management system should be in a consistent state again.

Adjusting the package management configuration did work out well.
I am normally receiving updates.
I removed and installed VLC and I was able to watch a DVD
Re-enabling the xorg-edgers PPA did help solving my problem.
At System Settings, Software & Updates, Additional Drivers I switched back from the NIVIDIA legacy binary driver - version 304.123 to the X.Org X server -- Nouveau display driver from xserver-
During start up I see no boot error messages (just during a very short moment my TV doesn't receive a signal)
and no pop-ups accusing a system error.
Manfred many thanks for your assistance.
