how do i take out ubuntu out of other harddrive on my sec hard drive

i have install ubuntu on my 80 and my 100 winxp on it tht is my master xp and ubuntu is my sec drive how do u take it out without miss up with xp

if you're saying what I think format the drive with ubuntu on to ntfs and use your xp disc to restore the mbr in recovery console
