I have a c/ drive and a d/drive, I use my c drive which is smaller for my basic install's and my d for data and game installs

I am trying to change my steam installation to my d drive of (data drive) when installing a game, but it says I do not ahve execute permissions for the d drive.

Please let me know how to fix this so I can install my games on my d drive

It ok, I just re-installed ubuntu, and did a format, so no more windows or partitions.
