What mail account? What software are you trying to configure, and what is wrong with it?

I had fill in the wrong ID for popmail in the
EVOLUTION MAIL, and therefore I cannot access my
emails I get at the UBUNTU Evolution email.

If you open Evolution, and go to the menu Edit>Preferences you will see that it has your email accounts listed, just have to double click on the name of the account and it will bring up the account editor.

Dear Williamts99,
It worked, thank you, I am starting to get this ubuntu, I myself are PC
technician, I have before tried linux 6 , but I had to put it aside
because there was no support like you. When I buy the paid version I
want to have ubuntu onder control.

No problem, there is no 'paid' version of Ubuntu, though they do offer professional support, which you do pay for.

Could you please mark this ticket as answered.
