I suggest you report a bug. Utopic is not stable and not ready.

If you need an OS that works then I suggest you wipe Utopic off and install Trusty. Trusty is LTS and supported til April 2019. Utopic is only supported 9 months after release date. Even a few weeks after Utopic's release it will still have issues.

If you are happy to put up with random crashes and feature holes, bur want to report bugs to get Utopic ready for release then by all means use Utopic. It is not for the average user right now.

It is a beta release.....what did you expect!?
