need to add Belkin F9L110v1 wusb to system

I need step by step instructions to install a Belkin F9L110v1 wireless adapter to my system to be able to use the 5ghz band on my dual band router. I have tried the install windows drivers and it says the hardware is there but ndiswrap or something like that is missing. Should I take back the Belkin and get something else and if so what?
