Removing python 2.7 "only"

Asked by isnan

I removed python 2.7 from ubuntu 14.04. How to remove only python 2.7 without having other dependent programs uninstalled?
I used this command:

sudo apt-get remove python2.7

and there are many other programs (e.g. gimp, inkscape, gnome...) being unistalled.

These package depend om Python 2.7. If you want to have them, you need to have Python 2.7 installed.

Can you help with this problem?
