Unable to read 8gig micro sd on Acer v3-571

I asked this same question last year but have never seen a definitive answer. At that time a bug report was filed but no conclusion was forthcoming. Please answer in simple language.

I did some reading about your problem. I read your other post. This seems to be common on Acers. Check site below for fixes.

I gave up on computer and printer card readers. I use a cheap (12$) USB card reader.

Be sure you use the safe remove feature in ALL OSes you use to reduce issues.
