How to enable user login sound in Ubuntu 14.04?

I would like to have that beutiful login sound that was on Ubuntu before. This one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NL3c4l6G6pM

I want it to have it played only when user logs into his account, so not on computer startup, but when you login into your account.
It was before on Ubuntu, I think 11.10 or something.

Anyway I need it for 14.04, I know there is .ogg file in system for that, and I have tried Startup apps with Gnome login but it is not working!

Please HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
