dock & unity bar setting change on me

Asked by Bob

After todays update my Unity bar & Dock & hot corners are now hiding under any window I open. I need them to be on top to use them. They have always been on top or over anything I open, now they're under and this is useless. I need to know how to change it to have them on top of anything I have open. Can someone tell me where to change the settings to the way it use to be.
