Crash report message after boot up

Asked by William Pabon

Hi!:

I recently installed Ubuntu 14.04 amd64 on my Mac. Everything is working ok except that, once in a while I get a message saying that there is a system problem after boot up (get the message in the upper corner of the screen). The message details say that nautilus crashed and recommends a restart. The specific title of the crash is: nautilus crashed with SIGABRT in g_assertion_message(). I have followed the instructions to send the error report, but Idon't know if an action will be taken or what. After that, the machine continues working normally. I don't even restart the pc and nautilus seems to be working OK. Any advise? Thanks.

If the OS runs regardless I wouldn't worry. Report the issue using bug reports but I've a feeling it is a known issue. We can supress the alert but you won't get alerts for other bugs.

Your call really.
