- During the boot screen of the CD press F6 and a boot line with the default options will appear at the bottom of the screen, add pnpbios=off (without the quotes) at the end of the line and press enter.
- Updating the BIOS (although risky) is another option.
- Make sure the MPU-401 MIDI device is not using the same IRQ as another device, you can try issuing a RESOURCE ALLOCATION RESET,RESET IRQ ALLOCATIONS or similiar BIOS entry to tell the motherboard to reassing IRQ resources.
- As a last option try removing the offending device or disabling it at the BIOS screen if it is built-in the motherboard.

Hi,
I've just solved like that:

1- Enter the BIOS at boot with press Del or related any keyboard's button.
2- Go to Advanced tab
3- Enter Onboard device Configuration.
4- Go to Onboard Game/Midi Port line select and press Enter to open its menu
5- Change it Disable to 200/300 (any of them)
When you do it, IRQ selection option shows up. Mine is selected that IRQ10 by own. No need to change it.
6- Save and Exit.
That's it. Will not see MPU-401 warning anymore.

By the way thanks to Roberto Rosario for point the way to solve this problem :)
