How to connect L2TP IPSec PSK VPN to Microsoft ISA 2006

I am trying to connect my Ubuntu 7.10 to Microsoft ISA 2006 Server which is running L2TP IPSec PSK VPN.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't even see VPN option in Network Manager as shown in: http://lug.wsu.edu/vpn/ubuntu
